Yes what can you say about the road traffic office ... Sometimes you're lucky, sometimes unlucky. You should always call the phone in advance ... But there are also very nice staff on site.

Today I actually expected problems when visiting the road traffic office because I had exceeded a deadline. But the opposite happened. I was welcomed in a friendly manner and served quickly. An additional issue could easily be resolved without an appointment. I was positively surprised😊👍
