1. Super slow. One document takes 4-5 months?! What are they doing there whole day?! 2. Very low quality of work, full of mistakes. I have to go there and call again and again due to their mistake. Causes so many inconvenience for others. I can't believe I am paying for such bad service through fees and taxes. 3. bad attitude. 3 in 10 times they would pick up the phone. Are they having coffee Break all the time? Horrible bureaucracy!

I would like to express my thanks to the district health department. Especially in these stressful situations, we received competent, effective and, above all, incredibly friendly help. Great what is being done here!
