Wanted to return a defective cat scratching post, which is obviously of poor quality (cost 200 euros and has already been exchanged due to defects). Was not possible on an ad hoc basis, because the manufacturing company's sales force had to come at some point. Nothing happened today. In addition, some of the staff do not wear mouth and nose protection ... I cannot recommend the store
