I work at Telekom, went to Vodafone in the Galeria. I was in the shop because of a friend. Damian served me. Very polite and competent. Thanks for that. The other Vodafone shop at the Jubi are incompetent.

You can say a lot of bad things about Unitymedia. But that would be a novel and has nothing to do with the store. The seller has been very nice and has konpetent picked out the cheapest options. In a contract problem also creatively found a solution. Everything great! Gladly again.

I could be helped with almost all problems. The employee was nice. For some things, I unfortunately had to contact the hotline. But the employee explained to me why it cannot be edited in the shop. It was completely ok.
