I cannot emphasize the bad reviews here and rather lead back to other things than about the Apollo store! When I entered the shop with a friendly welcome and an appropriate advice I felt that I was in good hands with Apollo Mettmann and couldn't help but order my wishes. After a reasonable waiting time (3 weeks for me), I was able to pick up my order again. I can only recommend the nice lady with the white hair! I will find my way to your shop at any time.
Very competent employees who are always very friendly and are there for the customer with a smile on their faces. If you have to wait a few minutes here, it is usually due to the fact that the employees take a lot of time during consultations for questions and advice. The team is always in a good mood, even with brief concerns, such as cleaning glasses just on the side.

We have had good experiences with Apollo in Mettmann. The appointment was booked online beforehand. Ms. Britta Steinhauer advised us competently, friendly and without time pressure. The prices for two varifocal glasses including branded frames were reasonable.
First, thanks go out for the friendly and courteous advice. There was always room for frank words in our conversation. No pressure, no compulsion.
Concerning. The bad rating for the purpose of waiting from a previous speaker should be said that during my visit the shop was well attended. That this of course leads to waiting times should be self-explanatory. As far as possible, other customers were served in parallel to my advice.
My experience shows me good to very good advice outside of rush hours as well as a very accommodating behavior with regard to potential errors or damage. I would like to praise the experienced Mr. B. without devaluing the other employees.
I've already chosen the next pair of glasses - of course again in Mettmann at Apollo.
