Only give 4 stars here, because Pleines is no longer Pleines. The company was sold and discounts that we have received over many years (regular customers) are no longer possible. The measuring of the visual acuity, the advice and the sales pitch were exemplary! I definitely recommend this company and would always prefer Apollo and Fielmann. I had negative experiences with both of these companies.

After my long-time optician gave up his business and I went on a trip through the opticians in the region, all of whom did not offer the competence and friendly service that I wanted, I came to Pleines Optik in Mettmann and now everything fits. The friendly atmosphere, the friendly staff and the expertise. The time taken for individual advice and adjustment is taken. Very easy to service, even older glasses that I did not purchase from Pleines Optik were professionally corrected and cleaned. I now have the "perspective" and can only recommend Pleines Optik.
