At our pool, the film was damaged and had to be replaced by a new one. After our first call at the beginning of May, Mr. Kage came to our consultation the very next day, advised us and immediately made an offer. Since it was a special order, the delivery time from the manufacturer took a little longer. But then everything has expired one hundred percent to our satisfaction. The service, reliability and friendliness of both Mr. and Mrs. Kage are especially worth mentioning.

My friend had to wait over 14 days, after umpteen calls, all of which were ignored and not answered, she received a succinct WhatsApp message "I can't repair the pool! In my opinion, this is not serious business practice!
