Commerzbank

Super good experience with the team at the Commerzbank Bünde branch. I switched from Volksbank. Credit advice, mega good. I have my finances under control now. Open a savings account for a rental deposit, quickly and easily. My contact person is very competent, super friendly and always service-oriented.

I wanted to open a business account with Commerzbank, but I will no longer do so for several reasons. Once drove to the branch and wanted a personal conversation. Unfortunately that was not possible (consultant for business customers not there?). Then I should be called back to make an appointment (I never was). Then I called myself (despite Graubünden's telephone number, you are only connected to the hotline that tells you to go to a branch or simply open an account online. I then filled out the online form (2x because the first time the Commerzbank website hung up) and received an email that the data had been received, waited for weeks and nothing happened, then went back to the branch who said they had nothing to do with it and I should contact the customer hotline, which I did, but there I was told that they had no access to my data and that I should go to a local branch to open an account there. I lost a lot of time through Commerzbank, but I am pleased that I noticed how unbelievably incompetent Commerzbank was before I signed the contract. Now went to another bank, where everything was handled quickly and reliably. This is an online bank without branches, which I did not want beforehand despite very good prices, because I wanted a contact person if something should happen ... at Commerzbank, however, customer service is so miserable that you can hardly believe it. Even online banks seem to be able to do that much better. So far everything is going great at the online bank and I am satisfied.

Here I met employees who were neither nice nor competent. It shouldn't be like that. Don't forget that you are just a service provider - nothing more!

Worst bank I've ever been to. Unfriendly and no interest in the subjects of the customers. Avoid it !!
