Nobody answers when calling! You are constantly kicked out of the line, when you finally reached someone you were treated so rude on the phone. You just heard that the good woman didn't feel like it

Always had good experiences so far .. Now since Corona only with an appointment. Nothing for urgent matters. So I'm in a burger office in a neighboring town.

My experience after applying for my passport: Friendly and young staff. The waiting time was relatively short, passport photos can simply be taken digitally on site and are assigned to the clerk. The department is modern.

After today for the third time in a row that I came across different but very unfriendly employees of the Citizens' Bureau, I cannot help but notice the following: a small smile and a friendly word would certainly look good on you too! Just try it out ;-) (Another tip: if you don't know how to do it, visit your colleague in the pension department - he can do it!)

I requested my passport everything is very modern and the staff is friendly.
