Extremely unfriendly people who were there at the office, the gentleman from the public order office had no desire to talk to me and just wanted to get rid of me, when asked why no one answered the phone after 3 calls and 20 seconds of clinking there was no answer. It's sad, that's what happens when people are paid too well and then don't do their job.

I have never had such rude staff on the machine, I was connected to a woman Lehmann twice and how disinterested and disrespectful she was on the phone was simply incredible. If you don't feel like making phone calls, just leave this job

I was amazed at the bad reviews. We have been visiting the Bünder Bürgerbüro for over 20 years and we have always been well advised.

I was called on time and the very nice, friendly gentleman at counter 4 helped me. So far I have only had positive experiences there.

The gentlemen have very friendly opening hours (sarcasm) On the 1st day of the week they allow to be open until 6 p.m. and you shouldn't complain about the officials? Cheek!
