I have the Stadtwerke Herford for the evidence regarding billing 2018 asked. It was detailed correspondence led to it. I asked to process my request, as long as I would stop the payments. The Stadtwerke Herford, especially the receivables management, ignored my request and I am sent monthly reminders. Such a bad service and ignorance I have never experienced. This is not customer friendly.
