I like to buy from Elgato, great advice, always in the mood for fun! I feel in good hands there! Price / performance is better than good! Most of the time there is a discount from the house!

We have a Napoleon Prestige 500 Pro, with some accessories indulged. The advice was very competent. The price is not really cheaper online. Elgato, clearly thumbs up. Only recommended ....

Goods on 22.02. on site and there were two staff there. After we did not hear a good day or something similar to the welcome, we went through the sales objects. After 15 minutes we were still not addressed and we drove back. The way was not worth it.
