Absolutely not to be recommended! Had a conversation with Tobias Gründken. I've never seen anything like this that is misogynistic. I was treated from above, you could tell that misogyny was a big issue. Conversation on his part was also quickly ended, you could tell that the good man just "didn't feel like it". Never again to this bank!

Very, very, very unbelievably nice staff .. we were offered coffee, the staff were in a very good mood and I am more than satisfied! They also do the job perfectly My customer advisor was Marcel Leszinski, thank you for everything Mr. Leszinski

I cannot recommend it. Bad service. Long waiting times in the hotline. You don't feel cared for. I've been to several banks, but I've never seen such poor service.
