This Volksbank is not to be recommended because the employees are claiming false facts and not instead of telling the truth. I would think twice about opening an account with this bank or establishing business relationships with this bank. Written complaints are never forgotten and could at some point be used against the customer.

On October 31, 2019, I was promised in writing terms that were to become valid from January 1st, 2020. However, these confirmed written terms were not adhered to in 2020. After several telephone attempts in January 2020 to get the promised terms, I was rude from a Mr. Joneleit rejected instead of using legitimate complaints as an opportunity. I would never have believed such strange business conduct held.

I've been with Volksbank since 1992 and will probably leave the bank. Is no longer up to date with me.

I have been a customer of Volksbank Hamm for more than 25 years. At this time I had 4 consultants in partly different branches. Every consultant was excellent, never had anything to complain about. On the contrary. I can not imagine the bank ever change!

you probably still live here in 2012. Google Pay is not supported and online banking is absolutely horrible.
