So personally I can't understand all of the negative reviews. When I created my account here, a lot of time was taken for me and the advice was very good. All of my questions could be answered and I had a very good feeling when I left the branch.

We have had very good experiences with the financing experts at this bank. The advice was competent and the employees were always friendly and easy to reach, so that communication went well. They also worked hard to find a solution for complications.

Employees often seem inexperienced, other customers can overhear private matters because the first table is almost in front of the counter. Advice is bad and once you leave the shop nothing is taken care of ... Bank is being changed.!

Strangely, I've had the same experience and although the customer service is worse with this branch, to put it very carefully, I broke up with my wife and tried to open a checking account, they didn't manage the relocation service for months To guide ways and I didn't get any money at this bank for months, it was always said no, we can't pay him anything and blablabla no salary receipt at all on the account, no wonder if he does not initiate the relocation service, I have meanwhile moved to another bank looked around this bank is the last bank in the world and I can only advise anyone to open an account or do any transaction there
