I would definitely question the advice ... Telephoning is only possible if the MA likes it, but there is an answering machine for that 🥴. Probably little sympathy for customers, but that is compensated for by a lack of knowledge, I think. 🤦‍♂️ I wonder who gibt gives the bank - probably their own employees🤥

Worst Bank! We arrived, filed documents, a week later I had to go again to sign the documents (all this week the employee entered personal data). A week later, the cards came. They waited for PIN codes for another 2 weeks, they never arrived. We went to the bank, sent the PIN codes again, another 2 weeks passed, they are still not there. We are waiting again, the bank says that they did everything right and why they don’t know the PIN codes, they don’t know. We had to do it quickly, therefore we turned here on the recommendation, it would be better if we went to another reliable bank.

Since the conversion to the new system, the bank statements are confusing, the best evidence that you can deteriorate instead of improving. Also, they are unable to print old statements in the NORMAL format, you get now only a Jahresübersichtsdreck or by mail a DIN A4 statement, which is just as confusing. The following after the conversion insisted on sending me a bank statement, which I did not need and in which I also know from many others that it was not necessary to send a drecks DIN A4 account statement. You want to push more and more towards online banking, but if I do that I will take a pure online bank. Furthermore, even before the conversion to the new system of the transfer machine is broken and is also allegedly no longer repairable. What's funny: he walked on the Uphofstraße without complaining. I think it's more of a system failure and one of the attempts to get people online banking. On the positive side, you can still deposit small money into your account on the same day. In the competition with the red S that must first be sent. Advice is good when you need it.

Good and friendly advice, fast uncomplicated problem solving. Account maintenance fees still normal. Whether they take money for withdrawing their own account is still questionable. As a customer, of course, not desirable
