Gesundheitsamt Hamm

Erst einmal nein ich verleugne Corona nicht arbeite selbst im Rettungsdienst!!! Aber was momentan hier bei euch abgeht geht garnicht der eine weiß vom anderen nicht was er erzählt mir wurde am Wochenende gesagt wenn eine bekannte den zweiten negativen Test hat darf ich wieder raus! Jetzt am Telefon heißt es auf einmal was machen zwei Tage mehr oder weniger schon aus ich darf erst am Mittwoch wieder raus! Dann ruft meine Bekannte da noch mal an und fragt warum ich nicht raus darf aber ihre ganze Familie (wohnen nicht zusammen)?! Dann heißt es auf einmal ich habe das alles ganz falsch verstanden??? Was soll man an der Aussage falsch verstehen wenn es heißt. ,, Sie dürfen ab Mittwoch wieder raus!? '' Also wäre sehr nett wenn Sie Ihre Mitarbeiter einmal komplett aufklären wer was sagt oder es im Computer rein schreiben! Und was auch noch sehr stört hat man keinen einzigen Menschen dort wirklich erreichen kann!!!

We have been waiting for a telephone answer for hours, just a tape announcement or someone pushes you away. After about 50 attempts, I'm slowly giving up. A single hotline number is just not enough. No wonder there are more and more cases ...

They are nice. During this difficult time you do what is possible. Thank you! It has to be said :-) We were always helped during our Corona infection. We always reached someone. Also on Sundays. You shouldn't give your fate exclusively in the hands of others and judge it if something doesn't go as you imagine it. We "worked together" well. We could understand every decision. In the current situation everyone has to do their best and that includes the patients!

The Hamm health department does not answer the calls, no matter how often you call, presses a path or does not even make sure to call back. One thinks the health department is closed, although the opening times are already limited. Especially in such a current situation due to corona, in which one would like to be tested if suspected, such behavior does not work at all. I've never seen it before. Really very dissatisfied.
