The bus traffic is underground. You don't really come home in the evening (just by detours). I always have to run in the evening when I come home from work (not really nice as a woman). I have a stop in front of my nose. And if something goes on for me, then only once an hour. At the weekend, when I'm on early shift, I can't really get away. Full of waste.

Very unfriendly customer service. I will definitely switch providers. Do not let installment payments a special charge horrific sums in times of short-time work and co. Outrageously high 10. That borders on inhumane behavior which some employees show there.

Why is nobody approaching customer service? Does anyone work there? Doesn't even have a general phone number that is only for customer service. But you always have to call through the main headquarters to close at 4 p.m., but the customer service only at 6 p.m. Where's the point?
