Sauna ordered by me with infrared and evaporator. So 3 in 1 sauna :-). Before I ordered the owner came by to see the conditions. I think that's great. Because then any problems that may arise can be discussed in advance. Wishes were planned. The sauna was delivered and installed by prior appointment. The installation went smoothly. Then the function was discussed and the matter was done. The sauna came on December 23. So, so to speak, from the Christkindl. I am satisfied with the process so far. Of course, I first have to test the function extensively.

My full recommendation for Saunakultur. Kind, technically competent, very experienced, personable and reliable. There's nothing more to say. They can just do a sauna! My sauna, for me it is a small private sauna, is exactly where it should be, where it fits perfectly as an outdoor sauna into the not very simple spatial conditions between a satellite dish, two walls, a roof and a staircase. As if there had never been anything but this sauna. And it works perfectly and does everything it should. I am very happy with my sauna. For further information I am at your disposal.

A very pleasant and reliable business partner who always helps with advice and action even with problems and is at your side. The delivered sauna met all wishes, perfect clean execution. Questions or requests were immediately answered and, if necessary, help was also provided. We now have unlimited sauna fun. In one sentence: You can only recommend this company!

Friendly and competent advice but unfortunately not a perfect sauna installation. The customer service was friendly and only made an offer after an on-site inspection, which I found very good. The sauna was manufactured promptly and according to my wishes. After the assembly, however, there were unfortunately some defects: the door was crooked, the stove was not fixed exactly, the sauna was only stapled together instead of screwed, the seal on the door was missing. So I can understand the one-star rating here on Google Maps. The defects were (almost) all fixed afterwards free of charge - in the end I installed the seal myself; therefore only 3 stars. All in all, I'm very happy that I now have a sauna. For the price of the sauna, however, I would have expected that I would get a clean installation and that I would still not have a seal for the door if I didn't ask for the time. Pity!
