I recently applied for an attic loft apartment that was advertised on a real estate portal. Actually, I hardly expected an answer, since in the Munich area there are usually a large number of interested parties applying for an apartment and not all of them can be considered. On the same day I received an answer from Mr. Reischl with the request for a little more patience, as the viewing appointments have to be carefully organized due to the current Corona situation. But he gave me the information in advance that I had requested in my application. Almost two weeks later (between Christmas and New Year's) I received an appointment to view the property on a Saturday afternoon - this appointment was very convenient for me as a working person. On this Saturday afternoon there were 7 other interested parties besides me who looked at the apartment. Every interested party was given a time window of around 15 minutes: Mr. Reischl picked me up downstairs, showed me the apartment and answered all of my questions that had accumulated in me. Mr. Reischl makes a professional impression, very down-to-earth - and has nothing of a windy broker, as I had already experienced in the past. Since every interested party had their own time window, the atmosphere of a so-called "mass viewing" (as I had already experienced before) did not arise - so I was not only able to get rid of all my questions, but also the apartment had a certain effect on me to let. Two days later I received the confirmation, which of course I was very happy about! Mr. Reischl works seriously and, in addition to salary statements and tenant self-disclosure, demanded a Schufa self-disclosure from every interested party, which I could apply for online a few days beforehand without much effort. I can't say why the selection fell on me of all people - but I think it was a mixture of facts (i.e. earnings, job security, etc.) and gut feeling - the aspect that one could fit into the household may also play a role , an additional role. Of course, I can only rate the Aufrecht Immobilienagentur GmbH as an interested party and tenant. But I think that landlords are nevertheless very satisfied with Mr. Reischl's work, because he thoroughly examines the potential buyers. It is also worth mentioning that it is a high-quality property - both in terms of location and equipment (underfloor heating, electric shutters, etc.). The building structure makes a very good impression on me, and the soundproofing also seems to be very good and meets the latest standards.
