ATTENTION!! This dealer is ripping off, he deducts 20% from the purchase price for a return. When asked why he is doing this, he simply hangs up the phone. When asked again why 20% is deducted, although the full purchase price has to be reimbursed for an online order and there is a 14-day right of return and this was not noted in his terms and conditions (online viewable), he could not give any reasons and confused the legal guarantee with online right of withdrawal. Ridiculous this seller. First of all, it's better to find out the difference between the statutory warranty and the right of withdrawal and then go into business for yourself. He doesn't even deserve a star. I have to add that we have complied with the two-week right of withdrawal. According to your terms and conditions, you will reimburse the entire purchase price within the right of withdrawal, but you obviously cannot be satisfied with returned goods.
