If I were objective, I would only award 2 stars. But you do not even saw the branch on which you sit. So I am positively subjective in my review. Criticisms are: Excessive bureaucracy, stepmotherly and Schulmeisternde treatment of customers (of course, not always), no possibilities for the barrier-free transmission of digital documents (except freely accessible mailbox). No idea how, where and by whom data is and will be stored there. The information in the EU-DSVGO appear poor - although in the scope bibelartig and nebulous. Positive: There is a cash register in the main building of the district office - there are even cash payments possible (I was surprised). Use it more often! ;-)
