I and my friend had to flee the violence of our families and were sent to the police station for an emergency after failure of any government agency, so that we 18-year-old students did not have to sleep on Winterstrasse. Of course, we were left in the snow and before that we were shown outrageous behavior in view of our plight. Police officers are not friends and definitely not helpers. I'd rather wait until I get raped on the street before they start. Pathetic.

Useless, unskilled! You are trying to withdraw money from my account with a transfer. Bank reacts immediately and blocked it immediately. Then to the police, the gentlemen get it Name, account number, bank ect. Still ended, nothing found. Ridiculous!!!

Rude to: People: with a migration background. And had problems because I can't speak loudly and if I speak a little louder the officials say "don't be rude now, otherwise I'll get angry here ..."
