Purchased 1x ZXE and ZXM 50 from Schröter. The order was placed by phone with very good advice. The machines could be picked up after about a week. We received a good briefing from Mr. Schröter on site, he would even have helped with loading. Thank you again for the nice advice and good service.

I was on the verge of despair with my motorcycle, as the vehicle had not started for months, but otherwise ran perfectly. After "my" workshop neither found the error nor was able to finally fix the symptom on the 4th attempt and it was getting really too expensive for me, I switched to Mr. Schröter. He took the time to listen to my error description and wanted to try to simulate the error. He also kept me up to date with troubleshooting and kept giving interim reports (by phone or email), very straightforward. After 2 weeks I received the redeeming call: Bug found! Of course I agreed to fix it immediately, I wanted to drive at least a few more times this season! I am very grateful and enthusiastic about this workshop! Mr. Schröter is incredibly competent, he really knows what he's doing. I would love to come back, I'm in good hands here!

In this workshop it was not just exchanged and "repaired", but the error was searched for, found and repaired! That saved me a lot of nerves, workshop visits and of course money! Thanks again!
