Fewer stars do not work, wanted information about quarantine when entering from risk areas weeks ago, but I also got this but it was just wrong at the back and front. The next thing was that I and my partner had to go to the immigration office weeks ago just because the officer had not recognized which passport she had, although he had a copy of it. Conclusion One can be glad that these people do not work in the free economy, otherwise we would have even bigger problems.
Vehicle registration with an appointment was planned.
After a decent waiting time, a very brisk and inappropriate "announcement" made it clear that the IT had failed and that you should wait outside (without specifying a possible waiting time). That’s it. Will try again after the lock-down, without anticipation.

I have often been annoyed that the telephone connection is very bad and hardly anyone can be reached. Today I finally broke my collar, hence this bad rating. After I was on hold for almost 30 minutes and had been hearing for 15 minutes that I was next on seat "one", they just hung up. INSOLENCE !!!!
