.. only had bad experiences, no matter what I needed. The employees here are the most incompetent, unfriendly and uncooperative of all public bodies in Weissenburg, by a large margin! It seems to be a manifest condition, because in the last 20 years I have not experienced anything else and I dread applying for a new driver's license now, yes I even avoid buying a new car because then I have to re-register it! My 20-year-old Clio cost 1400 euros to repair this year, it was worth it! I would rather go to the dentist!
I don't understand the bad reviews listed here. Despite our complicated problem, one could rely on the competent advice and support of the two employees, Ms. Gruber and Ms. Kirschner. The application was processed professionally and extremely quickly by Ms. Kirschner. A big thank you and keep it up !!!!
This shop is a cheek! In July I applied for an ascent from A1 to A2, now it is September 24th. The application said the processing takes 6 weeks due to Covid-19. After 7 weeks I called to inquire then it was said, meanwhile it takes a total of 8 weeks. After another 2 weeks I have been getting rid of bad words and / or am told "yes, this week it should reach you" and I wait and wait. If these incompetent people there don't get their cases processed in one day, they should work longer or work at all. And something like that lives at our expense a bottomless cheek, I call something! would like to give -5 stars!
Poor service wanted to get my driver's license then they didn't have the driver's license there but didn't want to issue me with a provisional one either. Just a cheek !!
Would have preferred to give zero stars, staff totally unfriendly you have no desire to talk to them, then you come from a distant city just to collect your driver's license and know nothing that you need an appointment, you will be sent home with the words : you have to leave the building now.
So I'm sorry but who is so unfriendly should get their face polished.
