I had called today and asked about the current status, for fireworks. After I had explained, I tremble: "what in God's name they still want to take from our children", I was asked VERY sloppy and very rude to speak to the "government". 😂👍 Good answer, as if that was possible ..... I would recommend retraining to the gentleman on the other line, or at least draw his attention to the fact that his behavior is probably not appropriate in his job and that he should ask himself whether this is not the wrong calling for him. It is a very difficult time for everyone at the moment, but you could have chosen a different answer or a more polite manner. So I feel confirmed that the "police, your friend and helper" is not always correct. ✌ Sincerely

It's sad that sincere people like your service group leader are simply put away and are no longer allowed to have contact with citizens. (Exactly this official expression "no citizen contact" is offensive and highly reprehensible for me. Not the speech of the police officer) He did not utter a wrong word or say anything offensive. It is precisely this contact with citizens that characterizes good police work.
