Normally I never have complaints at Commerzbank and I am so satisfied, but this branch has not got it under control. I had an appointment in the business department with a woman whose name I didn't understand that well on the phone. Nevertheless, I was there in time for my appointment and told the reception that I had an appointment with the business department for a legitimation, but the woman in the private sector wanted to try it out herself first. Of course she couldn't do it herself and then called the actual woman, where the other woman said, no too late, now get it signed and I'll do it later. The woman at the private counter, Ms. Richter, not only unfriendly but also lazy, gave us an empty form and said we should sign it, eh?!? You sign to confirm that the data is correct. Sign a blank form ... why? Nevertheless, I signed and just wanted to take a photo of it so that I could have it as proof in case something went wrong, but no, I wasn't allowed to either. Now I should wait for a call for a new appointment. Just awful and a total waste of time.

The worst bank there is. Thank God I only have a deposit there and no account. Reaching someone by phone is simply not possible. You will be forwarded to any central office after 12 minutes at 8 o'clock in the morning an annoyed lady answers the phone asks for the phone number for a callback, the problem is this callback still doesn't come after a week. The answer to my complaint “there is no callback” came the answer “colleague just had no time”.

There is a lot of advertising on the Commerzbank website. Satisfaction comes first! Wrong completely 0! I opened an account with Commerzbank online. According to the conditions, this did not fit or was not fulfilled. So I called Commerzbank in Villingen on Monday. The lady told me to write a notice and send it to me. I have made. Then I called again and asked if the notice of termination had arrived, suddenly it was said that I should print out the notice of termination and come over personally and hand in! Hi??? What kind of bank is that? Everywhere, the termination is already recognized by email, but not here! I printed it out and drove to Commerzbank, even though it was the Corona crisis. So far I have not received any confirmation of termination. A few days ago I called and asked, my account was canceled but I didn't get anything in writing! I would therefore not recommend Commerzbank to anyone. Better go somewhere else to pay the monthly fees but you have a good performance. Instead of free of charge here and on senseless advice. My sister also wanted to open an account, I told her to go somewhere else. My cousin also closed his account. He was a business customer! No recommendation! It may be that many are satisfied with Commerzbank but then another Commerzbank branch goes to the one !! Grade 6!

Bad bank I've ever been to! Always closed though open internet. And repeatedly withheld my money due to system errors. MY MONEY THAT I PAID HAVE MULTIPLE NOT PAYED FOR SYSTEM BREAKING THE COMMERZBANK. TOMORROW COMES MY TERMINATION
