Be careful when investing. An overstrained broker mistakenly sold shares from my portfolio without my consent. I just wanted to hedge it down. Later a slick sales manager got in touch and spoke of missing codes that nobody had told me before. The loss was not reimbursed.

The bank itself or this branch in Villingen is OK, staff at the counter are friendly and competent! Was served at the counter in very good and to the fullest satisfaction and also very helpful with problems! Unfortunately, often long waiting times! Since there is almost always only one lady at the counter ... Machines are good and rarely out of order (can only remember once in 5 years) What leads to a deduction is that the coins can no longer be paid in, or a fee of 5 € was charged while it was still possible ... Then there was Schwenningen! Until recently there was at least an ATM and a statement printer in the student tower below ... unfortunately, these machines were uninstalled ... Without warning ... Trigger here too Therefore only 4 stars ... and mainly for the good staff

Very bad bank. Bad advice and you have almost no possibility to withdraw money in Schwenningen because usually the switch is broken .. The bank is so bad that she is not even 5 euros for parking meter changes asocial. Do I really have to leave my child alone in the car at 9 o'clock in the morning through whole villingen races only to change 5 euros !!!! For the parking meter because the shit ... Bank can not change 5 euros impudence ashamed.
