Seldom experienced such bad customer service. You make statements that you do not adhere to and communication with the customer is a complete nonsense here. Definitely won't recommend this bank to anyone.

Absolutely incompetent staff, from the receptionist to the trainee to the branch manager. If I did my job like that I would be unemployed tomorrow!

Can only advise everyone. Bad support in Villingen, it takes weeks or months to get an answer to emails and then only blah blah, without professional competence or degree. Completely rigid and inflexible in addition. No comparison to a good bank with decent customer service.
