The service has deteriorated further. Cash is no longer accepted at the counter in this branch. I don't need the other financial products from this bank.

"Cashless" branches ... I have been trying to deposit money in Oberndorf for 3 days .... Vending machine in Oberndorf has not had a deposit function for 3 days, I am sent to the Lindenhof ... "Deposit function is not possible", then I ask at the counter whether I can get the money (for a fee ) can deposit in this way. Came the answer "no we are a cashless branch" ....
