Addendum: The fact that Commerzbank cancels on time and still does not transfer the remaining balance to my new bank account after several weeks without giving any reason puts the crown on Commerzbank's actions. Fees continued to be charged even though the account should already be closed. After multiple inquiries and 6 weeks! After the termination date, I will be informed at the end of November that the account can probably be closed in the next year due to technical problems ... There is no service, my customer advisor Gassert in Baden-Baden does not answer the phone, does not call back as promised and redirects his number to the general service number, which unfortunately does not want to help me, is not allowed to and cannot. With this arrogance and lack of customer orientation, I lack understanding.
