Never seen such bad bank clerks in a bank. Incompetence in all areas and do what you want with your money without holding an agreement !!!

This bank, especially this branch, is so hostile to private customers that I don't understand why it still has branches. Close up, save your money ... You can also advise your entrepreneurs in chic restaurants. “Volks-” bank ... I laugh myself to death.

Have only had good experiences with the Volksbank. A big compliment to Fr.Unger our broker, she took a lot of time and took care of everything notary documents etc. also always had an open ear. A big thank you to Mr. Epp who calculated and made possible our financing. We really can not report anything negative. Are Volksbank's longtime customers and want to continue to do so.

I came to Volksbank as a recommendation and I have never felt as friendly and well-advised as I did with the employee Mr. Dietrich. The receptionists are super nice and courteous. I can only recommend with a clear conscience
