Today, 09/30/2020, I visited this bank at around 12:45 p.m. The behavior of the male bank employee at the reception was the main reason for my assessment here. When I asked for a currency exchange option (US dollars in euros), this gentleman replied very harshly and unfriendly. His listless, pejorative behavior was even more evident when he found out that I was not a Commerzbank customer. In my opinion, whether you are a customer or a non-customer of your bank, the first and most important function of a bank clerk at reception is always a friendly FACE and EYE of the bank. This gentleman is clearly disqualified for this position ...... You should be seen at the service of the TARGO-Bank ....

Also been there and asked something. The lady did not look at me and claimed things that are not at all true. When I showed it to her on my cell phone, she asked me what I wanted from her. Is it still possible? Absolutely rude and should be removed from contact with customers immediately.

I miss the 2 old employees at the till. The new status was on April 15, 2020, no eye contact, short succinct answers and if you show her that she doesn't know something, she gets cheeky and claims that it's not possible. No hello or bye, absolutely 0 feel-good factor. Who manages my money. Called the customer service from Mainz and it was helped with what was supposedly not possible. You should be the people who work there and schools, it can't be that a customer has more knowledge than an employee. Absolutely no GO
