Lost 270 euros in a transaction , ask me for another 25 euros for an investigation , people avoiding calls on being asked , bank staff not ready to speak in english .Still dont know where the lost money is . Had to suffer without my own money for months.. Worst banks to deal with

One of the worst branches not to generalize. The system was down at once. Later, I discovered they gave me wrong bank details. At the end, I am waiting for two weeks and did not get my debit card or anything yet when I emailed them they answered me in broken english and finally said it is not their thing it is the thing of the post ! we can just close and order new one!!!

Excellent money tendering ATM service. Will come back.
