Communication is in the bottom drawer. As a customer via online mailbox, no feedback whatsoever. Automated replies via e-mail, but no response to the actual message. As I see, however, the response to recessions is reliable ........

Bad service, nobody will call you back, customer service zero. We closed our father-in-law's account after his death and obtained all the documents. After days still nothing had happened. It was a completely normal transfer within the bank and has still not been completed. Very dubious treatment. My father was a customer for over fifty years and I've been a customer of Volksbank for as long as I can remember. No condolences, no condolences. Maybe the computer will send some chat requests online. It's a shame. We'll probably switch banks. Sincerely, Volker Gros. PS: No robot wrote this

Switching accounts from Sparkasse to Volksbank was definitely worth it !! Super competent service, super competent contact person (in my case: Mr. Ambis). Also great and timely appointments regarding account opening and terminal ordering, applause.

Usually, with a few exceptions, the staff were always very friendly and the service was very helpful and positive, but today I had a middle-aged lady at the counter (approx. 4:15 p.m.), who was in a bad mood and completely unreasonable and unfriendly dealt with me. It was just a document that had to be submitted, but the employee lost only a few words and refused to do so because of a false statement, which subsequently turned out to be correct. I only noticed this myself at home because I was a little confused by their incompetent handling. I had already submitted the said document 2 months ago and has not yet arrived where it should, although this is not the first time that I have come over and now I have to make an error tomorrow, which was not one, come over again. As I said, it is not the first time that I have to submit a document to the KFW, and almost every time I have to explain to the employees what they have to do with this document. I hope to find more competent staff next time.
