Very unfriendly, some outrageous answers to questions. Seems like they are deliberately keeping customers waiting and prefer to "chat" at their desk! That’s not okay. Opening times are not for the working people. Have moved in from the Ostalbkreis. The staff there were much friendlier.

Rude, incompetent and cheeky. The well-being of the customer comes last (not only happened to me once). Employees who make unsubstantiated threats and laughingly reply to serious statements have no place in such an institution.

Unfriendly and incompetent staff do not really answer the questions and have no idea about their job. Get abusive quickly, even if you try to explain the legal situation politely ("you don't work here ?!") I really had to refrain from asking if you could even call what the "good" lady is doing there ... Absolutely the last of these loads

Long waiting times 4 hours. Starting at 7:15 a.m. Employees make an effort. Still understaffed for years. Appointments were impossible last week. The problems aren't just due to Corona. There is clearly an organizational failure here!
