Just called, the first woman directed my call to another one, because she surely knows, had to wait for 10mins for them to answer, the other woman says I don't know the answer. Highly unprofessional.

I don't understand all of the negative reviews. I came without an appointment, after about half an hour waiting outside the entrance, the approval process went very quickly. The lady who served me was very friendly and accommodating. All in all, I was finished in about 1.5 hours including printing signs. Some seem to forget that we have to invest a little more time in Corona times and the employees of the district office cannot help it. They also have their rules that they must adhere to. Thanks for the good service!!! 👍

Online appointment scheduling works without any problems. Appointment received within a week, processing within 20 minutes, including creation of the license plate. (Motorbike) The ladies on site are very friendly and helpful. How to call into the forest ....... ;-) Prerequisite: all documents are available and ideally already filled out e.g. SEPA direct debit. To be honest, I'm enthusiastic, I have to say. :-)

Tried to get an appointment for a vehicle registration by phone for 2 days, but no one answers the given number. When I wanted to make an appointment personally on site, they said that they should continue trying to make an appointment by phone. After calling too often, they put on hold, each time saying that you are in third place. If you let it run and show patience, no one will report from the admissions office even after half an hour and it is therefore impossible to make an appointment. I have no understanding for that.
