Unfortunately, hardly any good experiences. There are good, committed employees, but most of them are anything but customer-friendly. I can't understand the “lunch break” at a “flagship branch” in the middle of a big city pedestrian zone. At least this bank shouldn't complain about the change to online.

When I read through all the grumbling, one asks oneself why you don't change? Too comfortable? It's easy, you have to pull yourself up and move around, but then you have less to complain about. I was at the bank for a year, but after that everything really went wrong and you were not taken seriously, it was too colorful for me. Whoever stays there is very comfortable.

As a business customer, I am VERY disappointed. It went so wrong that I will switch to another bank on January 1st, 2021. My feeling is that they don't need customers. I can't explain how Commerzbank is still on the market.

I can confirm Levent @, unfortunately there are still too many customers who don't do that, but put up with everything. My mother had an extremely bad experience with the administration of the estate, everything took a long time because of the permanent illness of the employees. You are constantly being held up and everything seems sluggish. Anyone can advise you finally go away. Any bank is better like this one.

One separate waste. I've been to many foreign banks, but there was no place like this. Isn't it conceivable that the person concerned should apologize and be held responsible if he complained properly? I will not forget the sarcastic attitude of a colleague instead. More than one of those who think that I can be enormous because I am a foreigner. I think 1star is sooo generous for them. Although I visited many foreign banks, it is one of the worst banks. If an bank teller made a fault, the person should apologize for costomer. How a rude attitude if the person's co-workers were sarcastic to me instead of apologizing.
