That is not possible, that the bank statement printers are removed. Children do not always want to manage their accounts online for older parents and thus gain insight. At first the terminals were gone and now you can't even make extracts. After all, Kornwestheim has just closed its branch. And the best thing is that this bank costs 60 euros a year for these "services".

I was a Sparda Bank customer for over 20 years. The first 18 years were great, then things went downhill. Now that the statement printer will be abolished and account fees will be charged, I switched to Commerzbank. on the part of Sparda, the account change becomes an ordeal. I have already given my notice of termination personally to Sparda three times 6 weeks ago and have still not received a confirmation. The moving service that every bank offers is blocked by Sparda to Commerzbank. Commerzbank always has to post documents !!!! Submit (allegedly not possible by mail) to Sparda. Something like that doesn't work. Probably (too late) Sparda now realizes that the customers are running away to a greater extent than expected - it's your own fault! The last five Spardabank employees I was in contact with didn't care why I quit at all - no demand. I am in customer management myself and know how to deal with customers. Unfortunately not Sparda!

massive service cuts in all areas for years! Now also steep current account fees! SpardaBW has nothing more to do with a self-help organization than the one it was founded. Mutated into a profit and - profit-oriented, arbitrary bank. For this actually: ZERO stars. My path is clear: After 25 years of Sparda BW: Off to ING-Diba!

Sau rude and incompetent real estate financial advisor. I had an appointment at 9:30 am last Friday. He was simply canceled by the alleged professional after I was assigned to him on Thursday, on the grounds that I allegedly did not meet the requirements. He neither saw me nor spoke to me, let alone check my documents. The entire conversation took a maximum of 2 minutes by phone. Simply outrageous.

Just 16 min. waited on hold. Then a call came in on the second line and then finally the Sparda call center. I asked the lady from the Sparda to wait a minute so I could end the other conversation. She completely refused. Wow! Thanks for the total lack of customer service. Obviously, who is the customer and who is the service provider is completely misunderstood.
