I've never experienced such a bad service! Incompetent and customer-unfriendly. Deposit 1000 euros in the ATM and get a receipt for 0000 euros, whereupon I asked an employee for help, who succinctly explained that they would check it. Of course I was worried about my money and when asked again I was told: I should calm down! Debit orders .... A disaster! And last but not least I was there today to count change. What a surprise .... The machine is broken again. Suggestion from the employee: I should go to another branch ... But he doesn't know where there is a coin changer. Great bank !! For my part, I'm going to change banks.
