Any problem with the card or the online installation of the app or sending money abroad ... the staff are all delighted. Ms. Birgit Oeder in particular was always very nice, friendly and patient to solve my problems. Thank you 😊

I had a consultation when opening the account, which I didn't like at all. Personally, it felt like a sales pitch, so that I also complete and sign as many chargeable services as possible. From the beginning I emphasized that I only want the standard version and nothing else. Do the employees get commissions for this or do you just have to offer everything ?! Annoying!

I have had very good experiences with this branch in terms of personal advice several times - thanks for the service!

That’s it. For a clearing account that the consultant has valued us and is only there to channel the internal payment flows, even to tap fees is more than cheeky. We dissolve.

I have not been satisfied for a long time, it starts with the fact that you can no longer find a checkout counter in the branch, everything is only handled by vending machines, the whole thing goes so far that old ladies who want to deposit cash into a savings book are unfriendly sent to vending machines The Sparda Bank in general is constantly calling to offer clients investment advice, who see clients' savings as play money for their strategists to cheer them up in the form of funds on the stock exchange. Another nuisance is the lying Sparda magazine, in which you celebrate yourself. The whole thing strongly reminds of the "New Germany" in the GDR.
