I am a customer of the funeral home Kunz and very, very satisfied with the advice, but above all with the inexhaustible patience of the two operators! They have ALWAYS remained friendly and polite, although I have had several questions and it took some time to understand everything. I decided to have a diamond burial and I was met in every way, according to my wishes. Many thanks to the Kunz family!

Advice good, everything went as desired. I found the cost of transport alone to be disproportionately expensive; the speaker was very expensive. After the urn burial and everything was over, I would have expected feedback a few days later, i.e. a telephone inquiry, as to whether everything was good.

Very nice little family business. Competent and patient, take a lot of time. After I mentioned that I also had advice elsewhere and did not consciously (unintentionally) say what everything is required for a funeral (which is expensive), unfortunately the mood changed. Ms. Kunz was still very friendly, but I noticed that my remark, which was not meant to be angry, suddenly made her very short and wanted to end the conversation quickly. TOO BAD! Nevertheless, I would recommend the funeral home to others. But for me it is out of the question.
