Yesterday I had a very good conversation about the various options for prevention. A great team that openly addresses all points and also explains the costs involved. I can only recommend the Haller funeral home and its staff.

Exceptional, competent and absolutely service-oriented, so I experience the funeral home Haller. As an employee in this great team, I have found an activity that I can hardly imagine more meaningful. Relatives are relieved and happy that we exist. This helps me a lot to withstand more difficult days, as with any challenging activity. A great contribution to this is made by the company management, which provides us with great freedom and responsibility and thus supports us in our daily work. For families, or individuals who have lost a loved one, I can not imagine better care for the first difficult days after the loss.

That death at the end of life usually occurs completely unexpected may displace many people. The Haller family, with their very friendly staff, is more than happy to give people the feeling that they are in good hands even during this difficult time.

With free price information, you obviously do not like it there. It is given by phone no satisfactory answer to the cost ("is individual, is always different, you can not say so ad hoc") The typical talk if you want to press it. Instead, one should come into the business or reveal his address to get an offer sent. I'm talking about the costs of the undertaker and not about the authorities fees, which are anyway freely accessible. They are also on their website. So I always find it very strange when companies can not say anything at their own prices. This secrecy of funeral homes is certainly not customer friendly and does not make a good impression. But that makes the majority so. Nobody can tell me that he has to calculate individually each time, which costs the collection during the day from the hospital and what costs a deposit or registration at the city hall. Probably these companies are all so individually customer-oriented that they individually calculate the prices
