This evaluation does not judge the performance, ceremony, etc., these were, insofar as one can say, completely okay and we felt we were in good hands on these points. Now to the point of what wasn't so good. It was already clear in advance that the costs of the funeral would have to be covered by the social welfare office. Yes, we should have asked for several offers, but in the grief you don't think about it and it became more than clear and communicated several times that the costs would have to be covered by the social welfare office. The end result was that, despite the reduced prices, we are now left with our own expense of 800 euros, which is about 1/3 of the total amount! This amount was deleted by the social welfare office with the remark that even the discounted prices are significantly higher than the competition. We would have liked more openness, I think you know its prices compared to the competition. If I hadn't, in fairness, laid the costs down until the office was settled, the Rolf company would have been left with these costs. So now we are stupid. As I said, the performance itself was good, since it was the first funeral I can't say more about that. For whom the costs are important, be sure to compare !!!

I made my preventive care here and am completely satisfied. I felt very comfortable and absolutely competent and empathetic advice. If the worst comes to the worst, I will definitely contact this company. An unreserved recommendation!

Our family had handled two burials over Rolf burials in the past few years and have now found that the quality of the service deteriorated greatly and the price more than doubled.

In May 2013 we carried out our mother's funeral through Funeral Rolf after unfortunately having had very bad experiences with another undertaker. In contrast to the other institute, funerals Rolf placed great value on our wishes. We felt very sensitive and authentically picked up in our shock and grief. The advice, including the pricing, was very transparent and here too we had the impression that it was really about our wishes and not about the interests of the undertaker. The transparent pricing policy of the company appealed to us very much and as a "customer" we felt very good and above all honest advice. Everything went according to our wishes and ideas and we had a very good farewell from our mother, which we would not have been able to do with the other company.
