The BKK24 is a great health insurance company. I am particularly impressed by the “Longer Better Life” program and the preventive approach. In addition, BKK24 does not sink its money into expensive jersey and perimeter advertising, but also supports small sports clubs.

I had a stroke in 2013 and have been in need of care ever since. The Bkk 24 was always there for me 100% promptly and reliably.

Bad rip off Send me a letter after 10 months (!!!) that I have to pay contributions (despite half orphan's pension) and have to pay everything since September 2019! I could have subsidized that from Bafög! Just a lousy club. I can't conjure up 1000 € from the "I'm sorry"

I'm terribly sorry, but it's a cheek that you have to chase your money for the vaccinations. You vaccinate your children for over € 200, submit the bill and ... nothing happens. After a call you will be put off that it is already being processed. It's been over a month!

I am very long and seriously ill and still in treatment, but according to the medical service and processor fully able to work ... 3 days to get to the employment office, nobody cares if the decision of the med. Service is correct, an objection is filed, nobody is interested, but you get arrogant and cheeky handling on the phone ... Waiting time for an objection from 2 weeks upwards ... Money was set within 3 days ... that was then over 20 Having paid years into the cash register and then an emergency arises, then you are dropped .. the med. Service has not seen and spoken to me ... a joke and shameful ... for my part I am done with it and will quit there, with so much ignorance, arrogance and unkindness and zero courtesy, I will draw the conclusion. Isn't the only health insurance company !!!! Reports, attestation from the doctor, approved reha, they are not interested, sad but true ... I thought I had a good health insurance company but if an emergency really comes up, then you will be kicked out ... I am not controlled either ... simply a decision by med. Service ... laughable
