I've only been a DAK customer in Kaiserslautern for a good two years, but I'm still completely satisfied with my move. With my previous concerns, I was always given friendly and prompt help. The on-site team is always helpful and friendly :)

All these years I was very satisfied with the DAK, now it's a slightly more difficult case and I've been put off for months. I can explain it to every employee again and again and again and again I am dismissed with "we will take care of" or "we will pass it on".
If I hadn't reported myself, nothing would have happened yet.
Every employee keeps telling me something else that is missing.
Slowly I am really losing interest in this insurance, I have been on money that I am entitled to for months. However, if someone wanted money from me, I would have a reminder in my mailbox after 2 weeks.
It's a shame that I have to write such a review now, but I have no more patience.
I was lucky to speak to Ms. Elisa Imamovic, who was able to help me with my request very quickly.
She was friendly, competent and also had a very pleasant voice.
