10 years customer. I have been waiting for a signature from his notary for 6 weeks. Acceleration impossible. Nobody cares about complaints either. Very unfriendly in Saarlouis. Recall from Merzig, male, also no interest in further cooperation. Answer to written complaint, please go to the branch. Pffffff. Incredible. Customer is not a king.

It's unbelievable. We have bought a house and cannot make an appointment with the notary because the bank is unable to send me a certificate of origin for the amount of money within 4 weeks. 10 euros were debited immediately, that works of course. Of course there is no callback. Despite daily requests. Unfortunately, I can't work with a bank like this. Answer? Please go to the branch? You only work Mon Wed Fri - I'm traveling in Europe for work. At these opening times, which are not even visible on the Internet - let alone at the branch itself, you are constantly standing in front of closed doors.

So I had problems with the online banking and one of the employees explained everything to me on the mobile phone and was very helpful. His language was simply enchanting, I hope he gets a salary increase in sha allah, I indulge him, very, very competent and ready to collect 5 stars man

Customer service is saved. I have been a customer of this bank for more than 16 years and have always favored it over other banks. Unfortunately, this opinion has changed in recent years, which is why the favorable conditions are now the only reason why I still have my main account with this bank. The following points have contributed to this: - The machines in the "branch" Losheim are constantly broken. I suspect this is also the reason why the customer telephone has been removed from this location. - The consultation appointment that we took with regard to buying a house in the SLS branch was less a consultation appointment than a profiling event for the consultant. We felt downright mocked, which is why the construction financing is now through another bank. - The other day I asked for advice on the hotline, 3x to be called back after 4:00 p.m.! People always called before 4:00 p.m. without leaving a message, even though the branch in Merzig is open until 6:00 p.m. on Thursdays. Accordingly, my questions are still open. All in all, I have the feeling that customer service has fallen by the wayside in order to save money. It's a shame, but unfortunately that's in line with our zeitgeist.

I will spare myself commenting on this for the past few years. I already wrote that to Sparda in response to the customer survey. I was a customer for 35 years. No direct customer support for 5 years. Service under all cannon. Unwilling staff. The branches can only be reached via hotlines that are desperately trying to inform the staff if they even know who is there or where someone is working. There is no response to messages on AB and there is obviously no substitute regulation either. That's really bad when you sell stocks or funds to customers. I can confirm some of the other abnormalities mentioned regarding older people. As a Sparda customer, you have to help other customers because some employees are not particularly nervous. In the branch, the conversation with colleagues is also more important than the waiting customers in the room and only the lady at the counter who has time-consuming work to do is responsible for online banking, since all the staff in the open-plan office shines by being absent at 4 p.m. Therefore, after 35 years, I will finally change banks. I would rather pay a few euros for an account management fee. Cheap is not cheap
