On December 10th, 2020 I was in the Losheim Citizens' Office because of a new PASS. Photo submitted, paid € 28.80 and information from the lady: You will receive a written notification in the next few days, then the new passport is ready to be picked up here. Today on December 22nd, 2020 after MANY TRIES, finally someone telf. and I was informed that I should contact me again on January 10th, 2021. BASTA ... SUPER OFFICE LOSHEIM. NO VALID PASSPORT, NO WHERE TO GO. IT'S STILL WORKING HOURS AND NO HOLIDAYS .........
