Incompetence seems to be a recruitment criterion. I rarely spoke on the phone with something hollow, unfriendly and simply ignorant! If you have any questions, you will be told quickly that you should google. What's wrong with you That the Möllner police are afraid of work is nothing new, but cannot even answer questions?

Everyone makes mistakes, the only important thing is how a person deals with mistakes. An official has apologized for a mistake, which not every official would have done without a request. Something like that must remain a matter of course. The staff I was in contact with were always down to earth, nice and friendly.

Twice I was in the police station in Mölln to clarify a few things. Every time the local officials were very friendly and totally helpful. As a citizen you can only say, it is great that there is such a citizen-like guard here! And, of course, police officers are only human, of course. How did the police in Boston portray this in the video, the nice singing policeman next door. So quite a big kudos to the police in Mölln for closeness and friendliness. Also for me as a new citizen. Thank you very much.

The officers from the police station were very accommodating when we asked them about the location of four road signs. They looked slightly disturbed, but in the end we could find all the signs thanks to the help of the police.
